By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Images/ Photos of Your Space

Let There Be Space does take photos throughout the process of decluttering and organizing your space(s). Please note that we only share the photos with your permission.

Methods of Payment Accepted

E-transfer and credit card. All organizing products used in your space must be fully paid within 24 hours of completing the session. Credit card transaction fees are required and cannot be waived if you choose this method of payment. We require a deposit for your session upon booking to confirm your appointment and the other half of your session will be payable at the end of the session. We do not hold multiple session dates without deposits for each date. Package payment information can be found below.

Packages

Let There Be Space offers larger organizing packages designed to help you fully commit to decluttering and organizing your home. Organizing packages are payable in full at the time of booking. These packages provide a structured approach, ensuring you dedicate regular time to achieving your organizing goals. Please note that packages are
non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to supporting clients who are ready to invest in their transformation.


*We now require that packages be used up within 2 years of purchase. Extra fees may
apply if you reach out after this period and expect to use your package hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. In cases of emergencies, severe weather, or serious illness, we will make every effort to find a suitable time and date that works for both parties to reschedule your appointment. If you have already rescheduled more than twice consecutively, a rescheduling fee of $25 will
apply. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the deposit. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment, your full deposit is non-refundable.

Client Participation

We work directly with our clients and ask that clients remain on-site throughout your scheduled session(s) and assist with projects unless otherwise discussed.


We also ask that our clients minimize any distractions that may occur ahead of the session to reduce the number of interruptions during the time we have together to complete your project.

Let There Be Space – Service Offerings:

What services does Let There Be Space provide?

  • Sorting and organizing your belongings, while collaborating with you to make
    decisions regarding your stuff
  • We can research and pick up organizing products for your space as needed.
    Depending on the organizing package option you decide to purchase, sourcing
    additional products may be an additional cost. Please inquire for details.
  • If you would like some assistance assembling small pieces of furniture, we may
    be able to help you, but this will depend on the product. For most items we will
    refer you to another service that can assist in assembling furniture or similar
    items.

What Let There Be Space does not provide:

  • We do not move or lift heavy items i.e. furniture, etc. If you have heavy items to be moved, it may be necessary to hire additional assistance. This is something to be discussed with us ahead of your scheduled session.
  • Let There Be Space does not offer cleaning services at this time. However, we are glad to help with light cleaning tasks that support the decluttering and organizing process.
  • We do not install or assemble large organizing systems, such as closets or garage shelving that must has to be attached to the wall. We can refer you to another local business that offers this service.
  • We can assist with some move preparation, packing, and unpacking smaller items.
  • We cannot wrap or prep furniture or larger items for moving. We will happily provide recommendations for other moving related services if needed.

Let There Be Space provides a professional and confidential service ensuring that client information is not shared to any third parties.
